BAAS 4100 - Managing a 21st Century Career (Capstone)

For our Capstone course, individually we worked on understanding how to manage a 21st century career. We created resumes, portfolios, went over interview questions, and more. For our portfolios we used Foliotek, and I transcribed everything over to this portfolio.

I made two resumes: once for general projects, and one for graphic design. It's important to tailor your resume to the job you're applying to. I have experience in both areas, and since I am not submitting a CV I needed to make two separate resumes with relevant skills to the job.

Consultant Report

While in this course we had a team project to create a consultant report. In our consultant report, we created three plans for UNT to implement to help prepare students for today's job market. We created a SWOT analysis analyzing the different ideas. We ended up proposing an internship program for students, the university, and companies to come together. Together my team and I created the proposal, deliverables, a timeline, a financial estimate, and an alternative analysis.
