In this Training and Development course, our end deliverable was to create a 4-hour training course. I selected mine to be over gearing and setup for operations in a video games called Star Wars: The Old Republic, which is a mass multiplier online role playing game. I chose this because my guildmates were having issues understanding how to gear and prepare for operations that our guild officers hosted. Information was scattered throughout our group chat, and some was missing. Though this is a videogame, this 4-hour training session could mimic job training scenarios on teaching new employees, or even updating existing employees on procedures.Â
